The low quality and quantity of sperm is one of the problems a couple faces in their fight against infertility. When I had my sperm checked by doctors 8 years ago, my test showed that I also had this problem. Let me tell you about the time I self-medicated and messed up our IVF schedule. You should never,ever do this, which is why I wanted to share what happened to me. It’s nothing super serious, but it kinda messed up our schedule.
